Q. Is Shell or SSH access available?
A. No. There are too many security concerns allowing this type of access in a shared environment. If you need such access, we suggest a Dedicated Server.

Q. How much data transfer (traffic) do I need?
A. Web sites vary greatly in size, and the amount of text, number of images, and quality of those images per page affect the transfer. For example, the main page at
www.cnn.com runs around 200KB or more while the main page at
www.google.com is around 60KB or so. 1000KB = 1MB, and 1000MB = 1GB, so you would really have to try and use more than 1-2GB per month. Basically, if your site uses more than that, you probably know it.

Q. How soon can you have my account active?
A. During normal business hours (M-F, 0830-1600) orders are processed immediately and accounts are provisioned within minutes. After-hours and weekend orders are usually processed in a few short hours. For client security and fraud prevention, all of our orders are provisioned manually, thus the short lag time.
