Sprocket Networks UK1 hosting facility is based in London, UK on our lightning fast network. Investing in high quality hardware, and monitoring server performance closely enables us to provide consistently outstanding performance.
Along with RAID and enterprise grade backup technology, we employ redundancy in every element of our network infrastructure to provide you with the most robust platform around.
To connect to the internet we only use the latest Juniper routing and HP Switching equipment and have over 10gbps of bandwidth/external IP connectivity. This includes transit from:
Tiscali, NTT/Verio, Telia, Interoute, LINX, AMS-IX, Cogent, Interoute
In the event of any problems we have invested in best of breed back-up and emergency power systems to ensure that our customers experience minimal disruption or downtime. Our networking infrastructure is combined with APC InfrastruXure rack system technology along with broad scale UPS and multiple fibre building entry points.

AppServe Technologies moves its corporate offices

AppServe Technologies has moved its corporate offices to its DAL1 data center. In a move to bring the company closer to all of its divisions, AppServe Technologies has moved its corporate offices. With the addtion of a second downtown Dallas data center under AppServe's data center division, Sprocket Networks, AppServe decided DAL1, where the NOC is located also, would be the best place to relocate. AppServe is now located at: 2020 Live Oak, Suite 100 Dallas, Tx 75201. Sprocket Networks main support and help desk personnel will be moving to Suite 100 also to bring the company closer together and provide for quicker entry to the building and access to the data center for our customers.
