"This week we successfully performed an operating system install remotely. During the process we encountered a problem with an Intel chipset driver install. Without the quick help of Justin, Rulon, and especially Josh we would not have been able to achieve our goal within a reasonable time frame. Justin was kind enough to allow us to use the IP KVM which gave us full access to our server in a way which our remote software does not provide for. It would have been impossible to even attempt an O/S install without it.

Rulon provided us with instructions on how to effectively use the KVM cursor and probably other areas of support of which we not aware.

Josh "Saved the Day" for us by recycling the power to our hub/switch, swapping a patch cable, and checking other cable connections. This sort of hardware issue cannot be fixed remotely; it requires someone within the premise to troubleshoot and resolve.
