What can I monitor?

Software Installation
Start by installing a small software agent on the server and identifying the data to be protected using an easy to use web interface. Setup takes just 20 minutes and support is available to walk you through the entire process.

Initial Full Backup
using a broadband connection such as DSL or T1 line, the Service first performs a full backup of all files on your protected server. From then on it backups up the files at the byte level that have been created or changed based on the schedule you set. Such small data transmissions pose no performance issues for your network.

Secure Offsite Data Center
Data is transmitted to two redundant data centers, In addition, all data is encrypted before it leaves your server and remains encrypted on the vault. Only the encryption key password that you control can unlock the data.

Web Management Portal

Recovery Options

The Basic Managed Services plan is designed for those who want Sprocket Networks to manage the basic settings of their server. When you utilize our Basic Managed Services, you can rest assured that your server is in the hands of professionals.

List of managed dedicated server services under the General Managed Services option:

Load Balancing and High Availability (HA) Features:

AutoFailover - The mainstay of HA offering and the foundation for the high availability option is the unique capability of maintaining extraordinarily low cache times. This allows for near real time traffic redirection. When AutoFailover detects a failure it automatically updates the DNS record for your domain so that the server requests are sent to the IP address of your alternate server or server cluster.

Load Balancing - One instance of our HA offering can monitor as many as twelve (12) Servers / IP's and balance the load among them. Our patented “Intelligent Round Robin” offers a flexible means to manage the behavior of cooperating servers. A web site visitor, for example, engaged in a session at one server will not be sent to a different server unless the visitor clicks on a fully qualified link within that web site requiring a new DNS resolution.
