A. That's a good question! Mostly people bring it by in the middle of the night with the secret knock or we find it "in granny's garage." :-) That's a joke.. Seriously, we buy 95% of our inventory from dealerships who go out of business or auctions. The other 5% is buying parts on ebay that are poorly listed and reselling them. We spend a LOT of time doing market evaluation and research in order to buy the highest demand items at the lowest price.

A. No. All of our Dedicated Servers are real, live, honest-to-goodness, individual servers. If you're in Dallas, come by our data center and you can even lay your hands on your own machine.

Q. Why don't you offer 5000 GB or unlimited data transfer like Company X?
A. Well, because we're honest. No, really. We don't play marketing games. Companies who offer unlimited anything do so knowing that 99% of their clients won't use much of that resource at all. Also, some companies have fine print that says it's unlimited, but only at a certain speed, like 128k continuous. Well, that would only allow for about 40 GB of transfer in a 30-day period. Not quite unlimited, eh?

Q. How soon can you have a server online for me?
A. During normal business hours (M-F, 0830-1600) orders are processed immediately and servers are online in a few short hours or less. After-hours and weekend orders are processed first thing Monday morning. For client security and fraud prevention, all of our orders are provisioned manually, thus the short lag time.
