Sprocket Networks's DAL1 data center is housed within the renowned 2020 Live Oak building in Dallas' central business district. Our DAL1 data center is located in the heart of a massive fiber optic intersection and is carrier neutral. For clients with specific connectivity needs, Sprocket Networks offers the ability to connect with leading providers of IP Transit both with 'On-Net' presence in the building as well as without. DAL1 can also provide customers with connectivity via our own mesh network of connectivity.	Sprocket Networks's DAL2 Tier 3 SAS 70 compliant data center is housed within the renovated Dallas Federal Reserve building at 400 S. Akard. Our DAL2 data center is also located in the heart of a massive fiber optic intersection and is carrier neutral. For clients with specific connectivity needs, Sprocket Networks offers the ability to connect with leading providers of IP Transit both with 'On-Net' presence in the building as well as without. DAL2 can also provide customers with connectivity via our own 4 provider mesh network of 2 gbps of connectivity.

Our SAS70 Type II Phoenix, Arizona facility provides technologically advanced data center space and services for secure and reliable server hosting in Phoenix, Arizona. Our facility offers state-of-the-art connectivity, power, security and environmental services. Customers across the United States agree that our data center in Phoenix, Arizona is a superior resource for power availability, infrastructure flexibility, environmental stability and customer support.	Our LA1 facility is in a multi-tenant carrier neutral telecom facility located in the heart of the downtown Los Angeles business district. The facility is located directly adjacent to the One Wilshire Building, the largest carrier hotel in the Western United States, on the corner of 6th and Grand in the heart of the "Telecom District," in Downtown Los Angeles. South Grand Avenue is the main corridor for optical fiber cable in the downtown area making it the prime location for Carrier Hotels.

Sprocket Network's Montreal hosting facility features areas with servers installed that are ready to fulfill your dedicated server and shared hosting needs. Our Montreal hosting facility is equipped with a wide range of security, power management, cooling and network access equipment. Biometric sensors, security cameras and secure access are the first items encountered on-site. In addition to thousands of servers, power regulation systems, diesel generators and air conditioning systems are vital aspects of the facility. Connectivity to the Internet is assured by multiple fiber entrances getting into the buildings' telco rooms through diverse entry points. Multi-gigabit connectivity is used to connect upstream providers to our network. The facility and network operations are monitored 24/7.	Sprocket Networks's UK1 hosting facility is based in London, UK on our lightning fast network. Investing in high quality hardware, and monitoring server performance closely enables us to provide consistently outstanding performance. Along with RAID and enterprise grade backup technology, we employ redundancy in every element of our network infrastructure to provide you with the most robust platform around. To connect to the internet we only use the latest Juniper routing and HP Switching equipment and have over 10gbps of bandwidth/external IP connectivity. This includes transit from: Tiscali, NTT/Verio, Telia, Interoute, LINX, AMS-IX, Cogent, Interoute In the event of any problems we have invested in best of breed back-up and emergency power systems to ensure that our customers experience minimal disruption or downtime. Our networking infrastructure is combined with APC InfrastruXure rack system technology along with broad scale UPS and multiple fibre building entry points.
