Q. How does the Money-Back-Guarantee work?
A. Simple. We deliver as we promise, or we give you a refund.
We are so about the quality of our services that we offer a full 30-day money back guarantee in addition to our 100% Uptime SLA. Simply put, if you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days of the service we will provide a full refund.
If we do not perform to your expectations, simply request a refund by contacting our Billing staff. We will forward a refund request form for you to complete. A reason for your refund request will be required so that we can continue to improve our services to meet the highest possible standards.
Please note:
-This policy does not apply to setup or custom configuration fees.
-Any account cancelled/terminated by Sprocket Networks for any violation of our Terms Of Service (TOS) does not qualify for the 30 days money back guarantee.

Q. How long are your contracts?
A. Generally, our default agreement is month-to-month. We know that if we provide good service to our clients, they'll stay. If we don't, why should they be held hostage? If you prefer a longer agreement we will be happy to accommodate you. Please contact our Sales staff and we'll get right on it.

Q. What forms of payment does Sprocket Networks accept?
A. Credit cards are the most popular option, with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted cards.
Some of our international clients prefer wire transfers. Please contact billing@sprocketnetworks.com for account information.
In very few select cases Sprocket Networks will extend NET terms. If you have special needs, please contact our Billing staff for assistance.

Q. When will my credit card be billed?
A. Your card will be billed when your order is placed. Depending on what day of the month your account is established, your billing will fall on the closest of the six billing periods (1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th or 25th).

Q. How much am I billed upfront?
A. Your account will be billed for one full month, and possibly a pro-rated amount if we are between billing periods when you order.

Q. Is there a pre-payment discount?
A. Generally, we offer discounts for semi-annual and annual payments. Please check with your account representative for details or email sales@sprocketnetworks.com.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. 30-days notice is required for cancellation of any service and must be submitted via a Billing ticket at www.sprocketnetworks.com/support.htm. A confirmation email will be sent once we process your cancellation, which is generally within one business day.
